Associate's Degree in Child Development, Elementary/Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field plus at least two years of direct experience working with children, under the age of 13 years, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity, or Two years of College with a minimum of 18 credits in the previously listed areas of concentration, plus at least two years of direct experience working with children,under the age of 13 years, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
