Brightside Academy is in the business of providing Early Education and Care to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age in a safe and nurturing environment.
Brightside Academy services over 6000 children on a daily basis with over 50 locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York City.

331 E. 150th Street, Bronx, NY 10451 (open)
2901 White Plains Road; Bronx, NY 10467 (now hiring)
1455 Webster Avenue; Bronx, NY 10456 (now hiring)
1087 Southern Boulevard; Bronx, NY 10459. (fall 2009)
1491 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY (opening soon)
Educational Director ? Salary $35k - $45k base salary plus bonus structure
a) A baccalaureate degree in early childhood education or related field of study and
b) State Education Department teacher certification in early childhood education or equivalent Certification.
a. Pending certifications acceptable
b. Approved study plan for obtaining certification acceptable
c) At least two years of experience as a group teacher in a program for children under six years of age.
Group Teacher ? Salary - $28k - $35k
d) A baccalaureate degree in early childhood education or related field of study and
e) State Education Department teacher certification in early childhood education or equivalent Certification.
